THE KIDS OF THE YEAR AWARDS
Sandy

Sandy is a very positive and enthusiastic learner. She adds so much life and exuberance to our classroom. Sandy excels in all subjects and successfully completes all of her homework, ON TIME. She's a born leader and she is a helper in many ways.

She tutors first graders, helps the special needs students and is always available to assist the teacher. Sandy participated in the class spelling bee, geography bee and was chosen to represent our school at the district Storytelling Festival. She played football for the first time and her team made it to the Red Mountain Super Bowl. (She's a real team player.) Sandy is active in her community as well as her school. She is a member of Troop 1060 Girl Scouts, Young Women Achievement Days at Ward 3, alter server at her church and also sings in the choir.

Finally, Sandy has shared her many talents with us. She is an excellent singer, tap dancer, enjoys playing the piano and loves art.
